In recent years, there have been a growing number of studies showing the importance of the mind-body connection. My training with The Fertile Body Method allows me to work with emotional distress and fertility issues in a holistic way, through the lens of the mind-body connection.
Mind-body techniques that I often incorporate in my work are mindfulness, hypnosis, guided imagery, coaching, and cognitive interventions. They help identify and address the mental, emotional and physical factors which affect wellbeing and fertility.
The Fertile Body Method can support you at any stage of your fertility journey. It can enhance you fertility by:
Reducing anxiety and increase feeling of calmness
Restoring hormonal balance, regulating your nervous system, and restoring healthy immune system function
